Product Planning
"Balancing Strategy, ROI
and other key factors"
Guest Speaker:
Ted Barnett,
VP of Product Management
Ofoto, a Kodak Company
Once a high-tech startup, Ofoto was subsequently acquired and is now Kodak's Digital Imaging Services Group. Ted Barnett, Ofoto's VP of Product Management, will discuss how product planning has changed as Ofoto has evolved from an independent startup to a corporate division. Among the questions considered.
- How do you negotiate project priorities with multiple internal and external stakeholders?
- How do you balance strategic "must do" projects with ROI-producing projects?
- How do you allocate R&D resources in advance of detailed project scoping?
- How do you make room for new ideas while meeting aggressive roadmap demands?
Ted Barnett will address these practical business issues through an interactive presentation inviting questions from the attendees.
Ted has been in technology product management for 15 years. He is currently the VP of Product Management of Ofoto, a Kodak Company.
