Do you wish that you could demonstrate to management that your NPD project has high revenue potential? After writing and re-writing market requirement documents that you think are clear, does your product bear little resemblance to what was envisioned? Are your requirements traceable to a clear and articulate understanding of user and customer goals? Are marketing and sales in active support of your NPD project? This presentation introduces to you a new perspective and methodology for developing requirements that map back to user goals and helps to bridge the gaps between strategy, marketing, sales, product management, and development. You will learn how "personas" can be created to articulate user goals and create more accurate product definitions for your NPD project. Learn how you can dramatically increase the probability of developing products that users will want and love to use.
