The Board of Directors is a group of volunteers who meet monthly to plan the direction and activities of the NorCal chapter in support of the charter.
The Board of Directors are supported by a group of “Board Volunteers” who operationally contribute greatly in varying capacities, which this chapter heavily depends upon for its continued growth and success.

Noël Adams
Noël Adams is a product development expert with15 years of experience building, launching and marketing products for high technology companies in wireless, telecommunications, consumer electronics, and electronic payments including working with BellSouth, T-mobile, Aether Systems, Microsoft and Wells Fargo. She is currently President of Phase Forward (www.phaseforward.net), a firm that specializes in product management with projects ranging from new product research and product requirements definition to outbound product marketing. Noël holds a BS in Business from the University of Maryland and earned her MBA at Emory University in Atlanta.

Rich Mironov
Rich Mironov is CMO of Enthiosys, an agile
product management consulting firm He is a software
product strategist and veteran of four high-tech
startups, and is considered an expert on software
product management and marketing. He has held
product/marketing leadership roles at four Silicon
Valley start-ups, starting his career as a developer and
product manager at Hewlett-Packard, Tandem Computers and
Sybase. He has an MBA from Stanford University (Arjay
Miller Scholar), a B.S. Physics from Yale University, is
a guest lecturer at UC Berkeley's Haas School of
Business, and is a peer reviewer for the California
Management Review.

Isaac Kama
Isaac is founder of Global Links Consulting which helps small to mid size companies grow their businesses in Asian markets through international logistics and business development. Isaac has a diverse background in warehousing, sales, supply chain management and operations; coupled with bilingual capabilities. He has broad industry expertise spanning perishable food to oil rigging equipment. Isaac has also volunteered his knowledge in aiding the governor’s office and the Center of International Trade Development in laying the groundwork for increase business between the Sate of California and Japan. A graduate of University of California at Davis, Isaac has a BS in Applied Behavioral Science (emphasis in Asian American Studies) and a minor in 20th Century American Literature.

Paula has over 15 years experience in computer hardware, software, medical device & call center industries. She has worked in a many different types of organizations including startups, spin-offs, acquisitions, alliances, as well as large corporate organizations. Paula has a Bachelor’s Degree from Hofstra University, and an MBA from Babson College. She is an active member Toastmasters International and a community volunteer near her home in Los Gatos.

contact center applications. Prior to her current role,
Laura had managed a product management team focused on
internet applications and interfaces and and filled
various roles in product research, channel marketing and
sales strategy.
