Sean received the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2002. He holds a BA in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Dayton.

Michelle Barbour
Sr. Director of Product Management - Customer Centric Initiatives, Genesys Telecommunications Lab , An Alcatel Company
Michelle Barbour has over 15 years experience in consulting and product management in CRM, Contact Center and Logistics software product companies at Tandem, Xidex, Clarify and Genesys plus several startup companies. She was previously an Associate Director of Peace Corps, Cameroon, W. Africa and a Training Coordinator and Volunteer. She was educated at Santa Clara University, UC Berkeley (Sociology), Computer Learning Center of San Francisco and the Silicon Valley Executive Business Program. She is currently responsible for managing her company's newly launched Product Advisory Council.
Jim Longo
Director of Product Management, Intuit
Jim has been involved in many facets of the software business for the past 15 years, including roles in sales, technical support and product management. As the VP of Product Management for LexisNexis, he lead a team of professionals that dramatically improved the user experience on the core product offering, Lexis.com. He introduced PDMA to the LexisNexis product organization and feels the organization benefited significantly through its participation in certification and the seminars. Jim recently joined Intuit as a Director of Product Management to help drive the development of future products. He joined NorCal PDMA board in June soon after moving to Silicon Valley.
Carrie Arndt
Director, R&D Product Enhancements and Support
LifeScan, Inc., a Johnson & Johnson Company
Carrie has over 20 years experience in medical diagnostics product development, working at both Becton Dickinson and Johnson &Johnson. She is trained as a Medical Microbiologist with an MS degree from the University of Minnesota. Carrie is responsible for product enhancements for LifeScan's episodic glucose monitoring systems and focuses on infusing customer needs and user experience into their product design.
