Using Innovation Games ™ to Develop Better Customer Requirements

Register  before Jan. 24th & save $5

Companies often want and need customer feedback but aren't sure how to get it. Traditional focus groups and surveys are great tools, but often lack the deep customer insights required to drive true innovation. Innovation Games are tools that can be used by companies to collaborate with customers and better understand their needs.

This fun, hands-on session will include a brief overview of Innovation Games, what they are, how they work and why they work, as well as an indepth interactive workshop on one game, Product Box. Product Box allows companies to learn what features and functions their customers want to see in a given product. Phase Forward will facilitate the Product Box session with NorCal PDMA participants.
