Laura began her career in biotech, and then progressed
through several program leadership roles in the telecommunications
industry at AirTouch Cellular, Globalstar and Vodaphone.
During her career Laura developed a special expertise
as a “vendor rehabilitator”, diagnosing the
source of disconnects and helping both vendors and customers
work together effectively. She also develop a systematic
approach to vendor selection and authored “Looking
for Mr. Goodvendor", a book that outlines vendor
management best practices.
