Register Online Before Feb. 15 th & Save $5

Product Managers often get so caught up developing and implementing our current generation of products that we forget to build our product pipeline. However, we find that successful companies have a structured process for gathering data from the marketplace, identifying new opportunities and ranking new product ideas. In this session, our panel of experts will tell you how to make sense out of the fuzzy front end of product development by creating that funnel of new products.

Key takeaways include:

· Methods and structures for capturing new product ideas.

· New product ideation and how to implement an ideation process in your company.

· How to screen and rank new product concepts.
